Individual counseling provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for a one-to-one meeting with a counselor to share your problems, concerns, and fears. Following is a list of common issues that can be addressed during a counseling session:

▪ What can I expect form counseling?
As clients expectations vary, I invite them to share their expectations and unique needs. I provide a safe space for my clients to openly share their emotions and thoughts to facilitate in depth interactions. I collaborate to best meet their expectations, unique needs and to set goals, and work towards reaching them.
▪ How long is a counseling session?
A counseling session usually lasts 50 minutes.
▪ Once I start counseling, how long shall I continue?
The number of counseling sessions vary depending on your needs. You can discuss number with the counselor and revisit it later.
